Harmony, by Alma lasers, offers wonderful results using their SHR (Super Hair Reduction) technology. The treatment is quick, virtually painless and highly effective in the removal of hair especially fine hair on the face or arms. This ‘in motion’ technology means that the light is delivered quickly and effectively into the hair follicle to eliminate the hair bulb and prevent unwanted growth.

What happens during the treatment?

Hair is shaved from the area to be treated and a cold gel applied. The SHR tip is then worked quickly and systematically over the treatment site ensuring maximum coverage. After treatment, a specific ointment is applied to the area and NIMUE SPF 20 is also given to protect against the sun.

Is it painful?

Harmony SHR is very comfortable, with most patients experiencing very little if any discomfort. As the hair growth becomes finer and less, the sensation from the SHR becomes considerably less.

How often do I need treatment?

We recommend a course of 6 treatments for best results. However, your Practitioner will advise according to your individual requirements.

Treatment should be taken at 4 -6 week intervals
